Appraiser Larry E. Phillips

 Larry is retired from USDA Rural Development of the US Department of Agriculture.  Work with the USDA included mortgage loan processing and appraising for single family residential homes, multi-family complexes, farm loans (land and equipment), commercial loans including day care facilities, retail sales, community water and sewer facilities and other community facilities for approximately 33 years.

Prior to establishment of Appraiser Licensing Laws, Larry performed real estate appraisals for USDA for the loans, which he processed.  Since retirement, Larry has worked to obtain his general appraiser’s certification. 

Larry's education equals and/or exceeds state mandated continuing education requirements. 

Larry has experience in Commercial Appraisals, Employee Relocation Appraisals and is certified for preparation of FHA related reports and Conservation Easement Appraisals.

Landon has been active in the appraisal business since 2003 and specializes in large custom homes and more complex residential reports involving repair, renovation, custom pre-construction, and exsisting construction. He also appraises large tracts of vacant land, condos, multi-family projects, charitable contribution and subject-to appraisals.

Landon's education equals and/or exceeds state mandated continuing education requirements.
